What´s the minimum stay?
Our minimum stay is 7 days.
What´s included?
The rates cover high-speed Wi-Fi, a 50-inch TV with Netflix in the living room, free use of the washing machine, weekly cleaning of common areas, and utilities like electricity, gas, and water. Plus, we have a fully equipped kitchen for you. All rooms come furnished with fresh linens waiting for you upon arrival.
What ages are my roommates?
You’ll find a community of digital nomads and international students between 20 and 35 years old.
where is it located?
Vibrant Coliving is right in the heart of Buenos Aires, next to San Telmo and just steps away from Puerto Madero. We’re less than 50 meters from lots of bus lines and 3 metro lines to get you around the city quickly. Once you get to know the area, you won’t want to leave!
Is there a curfew for coming in at night?
This will be your home. We’ll give you a key so you can come and go as you please. That’s why we say it’s more than just a place to stay; it’s a shared home.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yep. You’ll need to leave a $300 deposit, which we’ll refund at the end of your stay. This covers any potential damages in your room or the common areas.
Is there a contract?
Yes, you’ll sign a temporary rental agreement.
Oops, I messed up! Can I cancel after booking?
We offer a 100% refund if you cancel up to 30 days before your arrival. After that, your reservation is final and non-refundable.
Will my room be shared or private?
All our rooms are private, with a desk, windows for natural light, and good ventilation.
Is my room furnished?
Yes, every room comes fully furnished.
What payment methods are accepted? Card, PayPal, cash?
You can pay the deposit and rent using card, PayPal or transfer—your choice.
Okay, and when should I give notice if I’m leaving?
When you check in, you will complete a registration form where you can enter your departure date.
