About the house
The house is really light, with a lovely roof terrace for sunbathing and a grill for barbecues.
The communal areas are very spacious. All the rooms are furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is super fast wifi, TV, washing machine and weekly cleaning – all included.
Close by there are various supermarkets and restaurants to eat out, buy food to prepare a feast for your housemates, or have a TV dinner watching your favourite series on Netflix.
Transport couldn’t be better, with 3 underground lines and over 20 bus routes to take you anywhere in the city.
About the rooms
We have many rooms and each one has its own character. It’s a stylish building which has been completely renovated.
Rooms are the perfect size (12 – 15 m2). They are very comfortable and spacious with high ceilings. With a comfy single or double bed, sheets and blankets, bedside table, desk, open storage for your clothes and everything you need to have a good time.
All the rooms are very light. Every room has a window, some have a balcony overlooking the street, others have their own terrace.
